Destination Marketing Manager

  • Lead the development of launch media campaign and tactical initiatives to achieve business goals

  • Manage Facilities Management related service provider and ensure services delivered conform to the provision in the contract

Finance Manager

Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 2 – 3 finance executives on the overall financial and management accounting function of Jewel which includes the following:

  • Perform month end closing activities and prepare monthly financial statements
  • Perform analytical review on income and expenses, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group Reporting Package for submission to both shareholders
  • Timely preparation of year-end statutory financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors on yearly audit and any special transactions
  • Prepare monthly rental billings
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable aging
  • Work closely with all departments and assist them in the preparation of short and long term budgets and cash flow, rolling forecasts and profitability analysis
  • Monitor loan covenants
  • Devise and implement suitable internal control procedures

  • Work closely with creative and media agencies, and vendors to develop the launch campaign for loyalty programme, from development of collaterals to on-ground activation
  • Develop partnership promotions with internal and external parties including retail & F&B tenants
  • Synthesize marketing, retailer and consumer data to provide relevant insights in support of commercial decisions
  • Prepare post campaign reports to measure the success of the loyalty marketing campaigns
  • Assist in managing all contractual matters and entitlements, and reporting between internal stakeholders and corporate partners
