The Sampanman pays homage to traditional seafaring ethnic groups of the Southeast Asian region. These ethnic groups made a living from fishing and consumed a diet that consisted of delicious and hearty seafood recipes. Enjoy the visual delight of having fresh seafood adorned on a custom-made griller sampan boat, calling for fond memories to be created. Another signature dish is the Truffle Crab Bee Hoon, doused in a hearty and addictive milky broth. Simulating the pastoral offshore villages built by fishermen, the interiors feature plenty of old stained-wood finishing and rattan textures.
